Fourth week: CONCEPTS & HABITATS
The fourth week of saffember (22nd - 28th) consists of numerous concepts and habitats you can interpret as settings, side elements or even sapphic lovers.
CONCEPTS & representative creatures
Concepts you may wanna base your art on are evil eye (i.e Medusa), immortality and death (i.e ghost, grim reaper), fertility and human sexuality (i.e incubus or succubus), birth and rebirth (i.e phoenix), luck and wealth (i.e genie), sound (i.e siren), love and romance (i.e cupid or eros), dream and mind (i.e sandman), talk (i.e satan), wisdom (i.e sphinx), time and technology (i.e chronos) or light (i.e will-o'-the-wisp).
We strongly advise you to think if you are basing your art on a folkloric creature that is representative for one of these concepts or on the concept in itself.
HABITATS
Some well known habitats are
cave and undergroundcelestial and heavendeserttemperate forest and woodland, tropical forest and jungle, temperate grassland and gardensavannalake and rivermountain and hillseaswamp and marshvolcano and lavapolar, ice, and winterurban and houseunderworld and hell
You can interpret these as settings but remember you can anytime view them as more, sometimes even as sapphic lovers.
